Date of Update: May 25, 2020
Our services remain open during the COVID-19 outbreak
You may access our services at any time since we have implemented a work-remotely policy. Likewise, you will hear from us if there are updates on your case. However, our physical office is temporarily closed until further notice aiming to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. Therefore, if you have or going to send physical documents to us, please understand that there might be a delay in our response.
The new address of our office
We would like to inform you that we have moved to a new address. Effective on May 1, 2020, our physical address has been changed to the following:
- 2 Bloor Street West, Suite 700. Toronto, Ontario. M4W 3E2
We anticipate our primary correspondence will still be via email or phone. However, in case you need to send us mail or attend in-person meetings, please ensure that you use the above address.
If you currently have an active case with the Court/Board/Tribunal, and we are your representative on their records, we will be writing to their office to update our mailing address.
Court and Tribunal services still remain suspended or limited
As of today’s date, both Ontario Small Small Court and Tribunal courter services are still suspended. Their physical offices are closed to the public temporarily. If you currently have a case with either of the institutes, your case remains inactive until their further notice unless there is an urgent nature. For more information, please visit the website of Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Tribunals Ontario.
However, we can still assist you if you have the following needs:
- Filing documents with court/tribunal.
- Negotiation and settlement.
- Any other legal services without the involvement of the court/tribunal.
Last but not least, you will hear from us when the court/tribunal has resumed their normal services.
If you have any questions about this update, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also follow us on FaceBook or Twitter to receive our latest updates and legal information.
We wish you are healthy and safe.
