About Initial Assessment
Our initial assessment helps you determine if you are eligible for the particular immigration program you wish to apply for. Sometimes, you may already have known your eligibility, and our initial assessment helps you identify any possible inadmissibility issues that may prevent you from obtaining the immigration status.
In case you just wish to explore immigration opportunities to Canada, our initial assessment will assist you in discovering the potential programs.
We conduct initial assessment via videoconference. At the initial assessment, you will speak to an experienced legal professional, and we will collect the necessary information from you for a determination. Mostly, we are able to present you with our determination at the end of the assessment.
The price for the initial assessment is CAD$120 for 30 minutes or CAD$220 for 60 minutes, plus 13% HST. We recommend that you choose 30 minutes initial assessment unless you are looking at the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).

If you retain us to represent you and work on your case after your initial assessment, the payment for the initial assessment will be credited towards your legal fee.
